Make it a light lunch or a side with other asian inspired dishes
Oriental Chicken Salad
3 Tbsp. Olivia's Honey Ginger Balsamic
1 Tbsp. Japanese Sesame Seed Oil
3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch wide strips or cubes
1 head Romaine Lettuce
1 pkg. Snow peas or snap peas cut into strips or chunks
1 medium carrot, cut julienne style
2 Tsp. sesame seeds
1/2 C Cabbage, assorted colors as desired
Add Honey Ginger and Japanese Sesame Oil to a medium bowl, add chicken slices, mix well to cover. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Sauté Chicken in a skillet, until done, may need to add extra oil as needed. Set aside to cool when done.
In a large bowl add romaine lettuce, peas, carrots
Add chicken and sesame seeds, toss to mix well, drizzle Honey Ginger Balsamic and Japanese Sesame Oil over salad, using more balsamic than oil. Serve immediately
