Harissa Marinated Duck Breasts
Appetizer or main
2 Duck Breasts
1 Green Onion
1 Tbsp. Olivia's Hot Harissa Oil
1 Tbsp. Olivia's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
1/2 Tsp. Coriander Seeds, crushed
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper Corns, Crushed
1/2 Tsp. Mustard seeds, Crushed
Remove the ducks skin and fat with a sharp knife, leaving only a thin layer
in a glass dish, combine the green onions, lemon balsamic, Harissa oil, and spices. Add the meat and coat thoroughly. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours
Preheat half the grill on high. Place the duck breasts, fat side down, on the unlit part of the grill. Cook for about 15 minutes. Then grill on the lit side of the grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until to the desired doneness. Serve immediately.
