Parmesan Garlic Pasta
In a large saucepan, heat Butter Olive oil and EVOO over medium heat. Add garlic and stir for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Add chicken stock, turn heat to high and let come to a boil.
Add the pasta, and cook according to pkg. instructions.
Take the saucepan off the heat and add the parmesan cheese and stir until completely melted.
Add the Half & Half or milk, and the parsley. Add more cream if necessary. Serve immediately
