Wild Mushroom & Sage Roasted Squash

Ingredients: 1 Acorn Squash 4 T Olivia’s Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil 3 T Olivia’s Honey Ginger White Balsamic 1 tsp Olivia’s Himalayan Pink Salt Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 2. Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds. Wash the flesh and place directly on the centre oven rack for 15-20 minutes until they start to soften. 3. Remove from oven and place cut side up in a roasting pan. Pour half of the Olivia’s Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil and Olivia’s Honey Ginger White Balsamic into the centre and use a spoon to coat the inside. 4. Basic Bread Stuffing

Ingredients: 1/4 C Onions, finely chopped 1/2 C Celery, chopped 1/3 C Olivia’s Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil 4 C Bread Cubes 1/4 tsp. Olivia’s Alderwood Smoked Salt 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper 1/4 -1/2 tsp. Olivia’s Poultry Rub Approximately 1 C turkey or chicken broth Instructions: 1. Sauté onion and celery in the Olivia’s Mushroom & Sage Olive Oill until softened. 2. Combine onion mixture with bread, pepper, eggs, Olivia’s Alderwood Smoked Salt, and  Olivia’s Poultry Rub in a large mixing bowl. 3. Stir in broth until well moistened. Apple Thyme Martini

Ingredients: 4 oz filtered Apple Cider 1 oz Honey Ginger Thyme White Balsamic Reduction 4 tsp Lemon Juice 4 oz Vodka 6 dashes Bitters 1 T Egg Whites Honey Ginger Thyme White Balsamic Reduction: ½ C Olivia’s Honey Ginger White Balsamic 5 sprigs fresh thyme Instructions: 1. Honey Ginger Thyme White Balsamic Reduction: For reduction, in a small sauce pan, bring ½ cup Olivia’s Honey Ginger White Balsamic to a simmer over medium low heat with thyme sprigs. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until mixture has reduced by half and is syrupy. Remove from heat and store in a mason jar in the fridge to cool. Keeps for 2 weeks. 2. Olivia’s Maple Glazed Turkey

Ingredients: 12 lb Turkey 1 Red Apple (peeled and cored) 1/3 C Olivia’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (any) 2 Cloves Garlic (crushed and peeled) 1 Orange (cut in wide strips with a vegetable peeler) Olivia’s Himalayan Pink Salt  (to taste) 1/4 C pure Maple Syrup 2 T Olivia’s Montreal Maple Balsamic 1/2 C Orange Juice (freshly squeezed) 2 C homemade Chicken Stock (or canned chicken broth) Instructions: 1.
