Very simple and delicious Ham hot or cold!
Honey Glazed Ham
1 Ham 5 lbs. ready to eat
2 Tbsp. Whole Cloves
1/4 C Olivia's Maple Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 C Honey
1 C Olivia's Jalapeno Balsamic
1/2 C Olivia's Smoked Chaabani Olive Oil
1/2 C Olivia's Butter Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 325F. Line a pan with tin foil, set aside
Score and stud sparingly with the whole cloves. Place the ham in the foil lined pan and set aside.
In the top half of a double boiler, combine the Maple Balsamic, Honey, Chaabani Oil, Jalapeno Balsamic and the Butter Oil, Keep warm while ham is baking
Brush the glaze over the ham, and bake for 1.25 hours. Baste with the glaze every 10 to 15 minutes.
At the last 5 minutes, turn broiler on so ham with the glaze with caramelize.
When it is the perfect color, remove from oven and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes before carving, serve immediately
