Wild Mushroom Sage Croutons

4 C Day old French Bread or Baguette, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 Tbsp. Himalayan Sea Salt

1/2 Tsp Freshly ground pepper

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp. of any of these amazing spices. Olivia's Biscayne Citrus Rub or Olivia's Chipotle Chili Powder or Olivia's Fin & Feather BBQ Rub, or Olivia's Ranch Seasoning

2 or 3 Tbsp. Finely Garted Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat over to 375F
In a large bowl add bread cubes, Wild Mushroom Sage oil, and all wet ingredients, toss until bread is nicely coated
Mix all dry spices in small bowl, then toss with bread cubes thoroughly, to ensure good coverage
Add Parmesan Cheese, tossing well to dress all cubes
Put bread cubes onto a baking sheet on middle rack, bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until crispy. Store in an air tight container for a couple weeks or pop into freezer until needed.
