Sweet and Savory and melty, a perfect combination!
Strawberry Balsamic Brie Melt

1 medium wheel Brie cheese
2 Tbsp. strawberry jam, or other preference (like Fig, plum, or cherry)
2 Tbsp. Olivia's Strawberry Balsamic
1 C Toasted nuts, like walnut or almonds, or a mix, coarsely chopped. Save a few whole nuts for garnish
Baquette or crostini for serving
Refrigerate brie for at least 2 hours prior to assemblely
Put the Brie into a small oven proof baking /serving dish, can remove the top portion so you have the smooth creamy cheese exposed
Apply your jam liberally on top of the Brie round, sprinkle with nuts, drizzle generously with Strawberry Balsamic.
Cover with lid or foil, bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until melted completely through, watch closely as it goes quickly
Allow Brie to rest for 3 to 5 minutes, top with a Tbsp. of jam, the reserved nuts, and another drizzle of Olivia's Strawberry Balsamic and Olvia's EVOO
