QUICK LEMON GRAPEFRUIT WAFFLES

For the Waffles (Makes 5-6 Waffles):

1 Cup All Purpose Flour

1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

1 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar

1 Pinch Salt

2 Eggs

2 Tablespoons Meyer Lemon Olive Oil 

1 Teaspoon Grapefruit White Balsamic

3/4 Cup Milk

Icing Sugar

Fruits

 

Heat the waffle maker.

Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the milk, olive oil & balsamic and eggs. Mix well.

Add 1/3 cup of waffle butter for each slice into the waffle maker and bake until golden.

Sift icing sugar over the ready baked waffles & serve with fresh fruits.

Alternatively drizzle our Maple Balsamic or Dark Chocolate Balsamic over the waffles instead of icing sugar.
