Grilled Chicken Kebabs
This recipe brings all the flavours of classic souvlaki to your table.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of boneless chicken (we used thighs), cut into large chunks
- 1 cup medium intensity Single Varietal Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
- 1/2 cup Oregano White Balsamic
- 2 Tbsp El Greco Spice
- Salt & Pepper
Method:
- Cut the chicken into similarly bit-sized pieces, set aside.
- In a deep bowl, whisk togther Olive Oil, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, Oregano Balsamic, El Greco Spice Blend, salt and pepper.
- Add chicken and stir until everything is coated well.
- Use a piece of clingfilm to cover, pressing it down right onto the surface of the liquid.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and grill until internal temperature is 165 F
