Grilled Chicken Kebabs

This recipe brings all the flavours of classic souvlaki to your table.   

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of boneless chicken (we used thighs), cut into large chunks
  • 1 cup medium intensity Single Varietal Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
  • 1/2 cup Oregano White Balsamic
  • 2 Tbsp El Greco Spice
  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken into similarly bit-sized pieces, set aside.
  2. In a deep bowl, whisk togther Olive Oil, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, Oregano Balsamic, El Greco Spice Blend, salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken and stir until everything is coated well.
  4. Use a piece of clingfilm to cover, pressing it down right onto the surface of the liquid.
  5. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  6. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and grill until internal temperature is 165 F
