Coco Colada


3 oz. Light Rum (optional)
1/2 C Pineapple Juice (or water for tart taste)
3 oz. canned cream of coconut
2 C ice cubes
Lime peel for garnish

2 pineapple wedges for garnish


1. In a blender, combine the rum, Olivia’s Pineapple White Balsamic, juice (or water), cream of coconut and ice.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Divide between two tall glasses and garnish each with a pineapple wedge and twisted lime peel.
4. Serve immediately.
