Our Turkey Rub has been carefully crafted to enhance your Turkey, but can also be used for any poultry dish. This blend is built on a robust foundation of sage, thyme, marjoram, and rosemary, to which we’ve added the piquant touches of pepper, garlic, onion, lemon, and celery. Rub onto turkey, chicken or game hens before roasting or grilling. Add to stuffing for extra flavour or mix with your favourite Olive Oil or butter for basting or dipping. Sprinkle over roasted veggies, or stir into soups and stews for a herbaceous kick. It’s a versatile blend perfect for enhancing any poultry dish.
