Bring out the refreshing show stopper for brunch or anytime you want to 'wow' your guests.
1 small Spring Mint
2" long Zest of Lime Peel
1 fl. oz Lemongrass Mint Balsamic
2 fl. oz Rum
2 fl. oz Club Soda
Muddle mint leaves, lime peel and lemon grass mint balsamic together in a shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and add the rum - cover and shake well.
Pour entire contents in a Collins glass and top up with club soda.
