A great easy recipe for a slow cooker

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tsp. Basil
1 Tsp. Oregano
1 Tsp. Rosemary
1/2 Tsp. Thyme
1 C figs, dried, roughly chopped
1 Can Tomatoes, diced
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, add EVOO and onion and garlic, saute lightly, then add chicken to brown
Add chicken & onions to slow cooker, add all other ingredients, mix to combine
Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over Quinoa, Couscous, potatoes, or rice or maybe a wild rice medly
