Olivia's Roasted Almond Oil; 3 Tbsp. Olivia's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic; 1 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds; 1 Medjool date, pitted; 2 Tbsp. Water

Cauliflower Kale Salad with Almond Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

1 C Cauliflower, finely chopped
1/2 C Kale, ribs removed, finely chopped
1 C Arugala
1/4 raw pumpkin seeds

Dressing

1 Tbsp. Sesame tahnini
1 Tbsp. Olivia's Japanese Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Olivia's Roasted Almond Oil
3 Tbsp. Olivia's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
1 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds
1 Medjool date, pitted
2 Tbsp. Water

Directions

Mix together salad ingredients, set aside

Dressing

Put all ingredients except Almond Oil, in a food processor until combined
Mix Almond Oil into your salad green etc. combine until well distributed
Add in the rest of the dressing, mix until all combined together. Serve immediately
