Apple-Rol Spritz
The "Apple-rol Spritz" is a seasonal take on a classic summer cocktail. This one incorporates Apple Cider and Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic into the mix to bring a strong apple flavour.
Garnish with a sliver of apple and a cinnamon stick if you wish.
Ingredients (for 2):
- 4oz Prosecco or Champagne
- 2oz Aperol
- 1oz Chilled apple cider
- 1oz Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic
- 2oz Club Soda
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Apple slice for garnish
Method:
- Fill large wine glasses with ice or use a Champagne Flutes with no ice if your ingredients are chilled.
- Using a mixing pitcher, add Aperol, apple cider, Gravenstein Apple white balsamic and stir.
- Portion into 2 champagne flutes (or wine glasses over ice) and top with Club Soda and Prosecco.
- Garnish with a thin slice of apple.
