Olivia's rubs are designed to use as either a dry rub or by mixing with your favourite Olive Oil and basting on food just prior to cooking.  

Sweet & Smoky BBQ Rub - Our sweet & Smoky BBQ Rub captures the classic flavours of barbecue from the Deep South.  A perfect balance of sweet, spice, salt and smoke brings every dish to life.  Use as a dry rub for chicken and pork or mix 1 part rub with 2 parts Olive Oil and baste on seafood, chicken, beef or pork.

 Rotisserie Chicken Rub - Our rotisserie chicken rub brings restaurant-quality rotisserie flavours into your kitchen. Nothing could be simpler and the rotisserie is not necessary. Add deep flavours, and a little sweet smoke to your chicken.  Use as a Dry Rub or mix 1 part Rub with 2 parts Olive Oil for chicken.  Try using as a dusting for shrimp or anywhere you want a potent boost of flavour and heat.  Try Whisking in with Mayo or make your own aioli with your favourite Infused Olive Oil for a saucy kick!

Sunshine Rub - Taste the Sunshine in this blend!  Bright with the flavours of orange and lemon on a garden fresh base of garlic, onion, green bell peppers, oregano and thyme.  Just a hint of warmth from Indian red Chiles round out this all purpose rub.  Cheer up Seafood, chicken and vegetables.  Use as a Dry Rub or mix 1 part Rub with 2 parts Olive Oil and baste on food just prior to cooking. Try as a spice Topper for Foccacia bread!

Salt Free Dill & Lemon Rub - A classic Lemon & Dill blend! Salt-free for those who want to control their own salt levels but definitely not lacking in flavour. A wonderful topper for chicken, fish, seafood, salads and pork. Lemon & Dill, fresh and zesty.  Use as a Dry Rub or mix 1 part Rub with 2 parts Olive Oil and baste on food just prior to cooking.

Garlic Herb Rub - A savoury base of cumin, garlic, and onion is accented with lemon, orange and oregano to make a tasty all-purpose flavour enhancer. Amazing on chicken or in your favourite soup recipe.Use as a Dry Rub or mix 1 part Rub with 2 parts Olive Oil and baste on food just prior to cooking. Try sprinkling on your popcorn for a delicious snack!

Korean BBQ Rub - This signature flavour mellows heat with sweet to please just about any palate and gives a great flavour boost to Asian marinades and sauces. This blend has a deep flavour base of onion and sesame with hints of ginger and garlic, alongside the Korean chile gochugaru and a sweet touch of brown sugar.  Use as a Dry Rub or mix 1 part Rub with 2 parts Olive Oil and baste on food just prior to cooking. Perfect for chicken, beef, veggies or ramen.

Teppanyaki Rub - Togarashi has a special affinity for Japanese noodles and soups, but can also perk up fish, poultry and beef. This blend is used throughout Japan as a table condiment, occupying much the same place that salt and pepper do in North America. We kept this blend salt free so you can add your own to taste.  Use as a Dry Rub or mix 1 part Rub with 2 parts Olive Oil and baste on food just prior to cooking. We love it on spinach sautéed in a touch of Olivia’s Sesame Oil.

Lemon Herb Pepper Rub - Lemon Pepper was originally designed for seafood and fish dishes, but it’s popularity and fresh, spicy flavours quickly became a more widely-used favourite. Use Lemon Pepper on poultry, salads, vegetarian dishes and more. It brightens finished dishes flavour and adds the perfect dash of heat.  Use as a Dry Rub or mix 1 part Rub with 2 parts Olive Oil and baste on food just prior to cooking. We love it on our local lake trout and sprinkled on asparagus.  

Singaporean Sensation Rub - A classic curry blend from the aromatic regions of South India. Madras Curry can be used for authentic dishes, as well as to add interest and familiar golden colour to soups, sauces and stews.  Use as a Dry Rub or mix 1 part Rub with 2 parts Olive Oil and baste on food just prior to cooking. Cook with your favourite ingredients to match the season's availability. Winter is the domain of root vegetables and warming spices, whereas summer is filled with lighter fare and bright, fresh flavours. Try with chicken and peas over rice or substitute your favourite veggies.

The Jerk Rub - A classic Jamaican combination of allspice, ginger, thyme and the fruity heat of habanero chiles. This Jerk Seasoning will add some Caribbean zing to your next barbecue.  Use as a Dry Rub or mix 1 part Rub with 2 parts Olive Oil and baste on food just prior to cooking. Try making the most sensational marinade with Olivia’s Lime Oil, Coconut Balsamic and perhaps a touch of rum! Can’t wait that long? Simply rub on meat and cook as you prefer.

The Coho Princess Salmon Rub - A carefully crafted balance of flavours to compliment the delicate taste of salmon. Perfect for seared tuna steaks and scrumptious on pork and chicken as well! Use your favourite balsamic to make a reduction and drizzle over your fish just before serving.  Mix 1 Part Rub with 2 parts Olive Oil. Baste on salmon and bake, barbecue or sauté as usual. Try air frying for 5-7 minutes at 400°F for a quick & delicious dinner!

Rocky Mtn Rub - Toasted juniper berries lend a piney citrus base to this blend alongside oregano and savory for a flavour that will stand up to elk and venison but also plays well with turkey, chicken, and salmon. A ready-to-go meat rub that’s also great in Sauces and Jams.
